Role Description
The Project Support Coordinator is a contract, remote role responsible for providing day-to-day coordination and administrative support across complex programmes. This position supports project planning activities, maintains project documentation, and tracks progress against milestones, risks, and issues.

The coordinator assists in organizing meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are documented and completed. The role includes supporting reporting cycles, consolidating data from stakeholders, and helping produce clear, concise status updates for project leadership.

The Project Support Coordinator also collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth communication, uphold governance standards, and ensure consistent alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Project Support and Project Coordination skills, including scheduling, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting project data, monitoring risks and issues, and supporting informed decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and prepare clear written reports.
- Proficient Administrative Assistance capabilities, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling project-related correspondence.
- Experience working in or supporting projects within regulated sectors (e.g., financial services, government, energy, or critical infrastructure) is an advantage.
- Solid proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms, AI tools, online communication tools).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
- Proactive and positive in manner and approach. Willing to learn and adapt style to accommodate customer requirements.
