Central London, WC2R
Permanent or One/Two-Year Fixed-Term Contract
Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits + Career Progression

Are you an experienced PA, EA, administrator or professional services support specialist looking for a varied, client-facing role in a prestigious legal environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading commercial barristers’ chambers with an outstanding reputation in the UK and internationally. Previous legal or chambers experience is not essential. What matters is that you are highly organised, calm under pressure, confident with detail and able to support busy senior professionals while delivering excellent service to clients.

Working as part of an experienced Practice Management team, you will provide high-quality administrative, operational and client support to barristers, helping their practices, cases and client commitments run smoothly.

This is not a routine administration role. You will be trusted with important information, demanding deadlines and regular contact with clients, courts and professional contacts. As your experience develops, you will gain exposure to client relationships, fee quotations, work allocation, diary management, business development and the wider commercial operation of chambers.

It is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy professional environment, wants to build specialist knowledge and is keen to develop a long-term career in legal services, practice management or clerking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
