Project Support Coordinator – Wealth Management | Edinburgh – Hybrid
I’m currently recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator with a Wealth Management background to join a growing Integration & Transformation function on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with around 1 year’s experience who wants to build a career in project management, PMO or transformation. You’ll work closely with a Senior Programme Manager, supporting live integration projects and helping keep key workstreams organised, on track and properly documented.
The role will involve:
- Maintaining project plans, trackers and RAID logs
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and actions
- Tracking risks, issues and actions
- Supporting project reporting and governance updates
- Maintaining project documentation and Teams/SharePoint repositories
- Liaising with stakeholders and following up on actions
- Providing coordination support across multiple workstreams

What we’re looking for:
- Wealth Management experience is essential, but extensive project experience isn't.
- This role would suit someone highly organised, commercially aware and keen to develop. You may be a recent graduate with relevant Wealth experience, or have around a year’s experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Investment Management or Private Banking.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills, confidence with Microsoft Office and, most importantly, a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Previous PMO or project experience, along with exposure to Power BI, SharePoint or AI tools such as Copilot, would be advantageous but isn't essential.
- You'll have genuine exposure to integration and transformation projects, work with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a long-term career in project and programme management.
