IT Project Coordinator – Technical Delivery
We are looking for a proactive IT Project Coordinator to coordinate and support the delivery of multiple technical projects within an IT services environment.
This is a hands-on role involving the scheduling, coordination and tracking of a high volume of smaller IT projects.
You will work closely with technical delivery teams and customers, helping to ensure projects remain organised, appropriately resourced and on schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating multiple technical projects and delivery activities.
- Managing schedules, milestones and project action trackers.
- Coordinating technical engineers and consultant availability.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays.
- Prioritising activities across competing project requirements.
- Maintaining risk logs, reporting and delivery documentation.
- Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting project completion and handover.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT project coordination or technical project delivery.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud or digital transformation environments.
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Experience coordinating resources, schedules and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Clear communication and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Experience within an MSP, IT consultancy or professional services organisation would be beneficial, but is not essential.
You do not need a cybersecurity background or experience managing large enterprise programmes.
This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator or someone looking to develop their career in technical project management.
