Job Description

Location: Brett Martin Daylight Systems, Sanford Close, Aldermans Green Industrial Estate

About The Role

As a Project Support Coordinator, your day-to-day will be varied and engaging. You'll be at the heart of our Special Projects Office, ensuring the seamless execution of bespoke rooflight projects. Your main tasks will involve assisting with project planning, monitoring progress to meet key milestones, and maintaining all project documentation, from contracts to CRM updates.

Required Criteria

  • Previous experience working in a project driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexible, solution-focused, and driven to meet team goals and deadlines.
  • Capable of working under pressure while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships (Team Player).
  • Ability to represent the company with integrity and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Excellent problem solver and able to work under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Desired Criteria

  • Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with specific project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
