This is a maternity cover contract for 6-7 months
Role Overview
- Support to the Project Management Team on project implementation.
- Using the organisation's database systems and scheduling tools, updates and maintains accurate data for scheduling of resources, aligned to the system based commercial proposition.
- Provides desktop publishing support for the implementation team in bringing standard customer projects to the required content and collateral design, to a deliverable stage.
- Supports the implementation process through important logistical and contractual information for consultants.
- Secures relevant and appropriate accommodation and transport needs for consultants in delivering MGI projects.
- Provides support to the MGI Online Learning Management System, from client requests and new digital implementation.
- Ensures all delivery materials are ordered and fulfilled, in line with the project timelines as defined by the Project Manager, maintaining the inventory management systems.
