Project Support Coordinator – Network Deployment Programme – Initial 3-month contract - £400 p/d (Outside IR35) – London (2/3x a week)
Our globally recognised hospitality client is looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Coordinator to join a technology deployment programme upgrading network services across a large UK and Ireland estate. Working closely with the Project Manager and Network Infrastructure Lead, you will support the delivery of network migrations by coordinating communications, documentation, logistics, and key project activities.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in technical operations, hospitality operations, or project coordination who is looking to develop their career within technology deployment. You will support remote migration activities, attend selected site deployments across England and Scotland, coordinate with delivery partners, and help ensure each migration is delivered successfully.

Key Requirements
- Experience in project support, technical operations, IT operations, or hospitality operations.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills across email, phone, and meetings.
- Ability to manage documentation, spreadsheets, and project actions.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn network infrastructure.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with multiple teams.
