About The Team

This role is based within the Business Transformation & Change team, comprised of specialists that support the XPS business in Project Management and Project Support.

We’re seeking to resource a Project Support role in the Project Management team to support business growth and an on-going demand for project management.

Key Responsibilities

As project support you will work on projects managed by a Junior and/or Senior Project Manager, where your areas of responsibility will include:

  • Ownership of Project Documentation - e.g. Risk and Issue Logs, project meeting invitations and associated minutes and actions.
  • Supporting Project Managers with setting-up and maintaining wider project documentation e.g. Project Initiation Documents, Project Plans, Highlight Reports.
  • Documenting/following up actions with internal and external parties.
  • Organising meetings and drafting agendas, meetings, agendas and meeting minutes.

Knowledge & Experience

  • IT proficient in MS Office.
  • Previous experience in project-based work is desirable.
