Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide broad project support across governance, planning, reporting, administration, financial control, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Coordinate, maintain, and track project documentation, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, appropriately version controlled, and aligned to agreed governance processes
  • Support project leadership with day-to-day project administration, including finance, human resources, purchasing, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and management information
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, action trackers, decision logs, RAID records, dependency registers, and other core project controls as required
  • Support the preparation, collation, and quality review of project reports, management information, governance packs, customer updates, and internal briefings

  • Support project governance activities, including meeting cadence, agenda preparation, minute taking, action capture, follow-up coordination, and maintenance of meeting records
  • Work with project leadership to organise planning increment workshops, including booking facilities, conference rooms, meeting invites, agendas, supporting materials, and visitor requests
  • Ensure key stakeholders are prepared for planning workshops through advance creation, review, and maintenance of appropriate planning documentation and supporting records
  • Capture, store, version control, and share outputs from planning activities through appropriate document management channels
  • Coordinate visitor requests, onboarding inputs, access arrangements, meeting logistics, and general administrative support for customer, supplier, and delivery team engagement
  • Coordinate with the Head of PMO to maintain configuration control of project documentation, project artefacts, governance records, and related repositories
  • Maintain the project organisation chart, distribution lists, contact records, stakeholder information, and associated controlled documentation in consultation with the Head of PMO
  • Support project leads with day-to-day cost, resource, and workforce administration, including charge codes, overtime booking, purchase requests, forecasting inputs, and resource tracking
  • Coordinate, collate, and manage content for external briefings, ensuring source material is current, controlled, and traceable
  • Identify opportunities to improve project administration, reporting, document control, and PMO processes, supporting continuous improvement and consistent ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
