Based at: Civic Office / Hybrid, Doncaster

Salary details: Grade 6, £27,274 - £28,153 per annum

Contract Type: Temporary Fixed Term to 31st August 2027 to cover maternity leave, Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week

Flexible working arrangements: We welcome flexible working requests, including job share, part-time, and hybrid options where possible.

You have an opportunity to be part of this in the role of Project Support Officer, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Public Health team.

This position is part of the Project Support Officer Team and will provide comprehensive admin support to the team. We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment, providing an essential and valuable service to our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, be well-organised and flexible, with good communication skills and the ability to work with and communicate sensitive information in an appropriate way. The person must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and to prioritise and manage their own workload effectively. Experience of working in an office environment is preferable along with knowledge of administration, Finance systems and ICT systems. Candidates must also possess excellent minuting and typing skills.
