Project Support Officer - Operating Model Support
5-month initial contract - £375 p/d (Inside IR35) – London (2/3x a week onsite) – Active Security Clearance needed – Public Sector
Our Public sector client is looking for a Project Support Officer on an initial 5-month contract to support their capability and operating model workstream. The successful candidate will provide research, workshop support and documentation across the programme, working closely with senior operating model and capability leads.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career consultant with strong research, analytical and documentation skills to gain experience working on a large-scale operating model and transformation programme within the public sector.

Key Skills:
- Experience within a consulting, business analysis, transformation or operating model environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyse and present information clearly.
- Experience supporting workshops, including preparation, logistics, note-taking and follow-up actions.
- Strong documentation skills, with experience producing clear and structured reports, presentations and supporting materials.
- Ability to organise and manage information across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Good stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex and highly collaborative environment.
- Experience within the public sector or a large, complex organisation is desirable.
- Active Security Clearance is required.
