Post Title: Project Support Officer - Healthy Housing Service (Full-time)

Department: Energy Projects

Salary: £25,000 to £26,900 (pro rata)

Team: Energy Projects Team

Responsible to: Energy Projects Manager

Hours: 1.0 FTE (5 days/week)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Queens Walk Community Centre

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and fulfil this role on a full-time basis, working 5 days per week.

The ideal candidate:

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to play a significant role in operational delivery of our charitable services. With a focus on delivery of the Nottingham City Healthy Housing Service, you will work alongside other Project Support Officers to ensure vulnerable householders get easy access to the help they need. As a Project Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for vulnerable householders - organising meetings to raise awareness of our services, giving advice about the ways people can reduce energy use and living costs, handling enquiries and referrals, helping people access the support they need, finding out and reporting the outcomes.

Good communication skills are a must, alongside a proactive approach to problem solving. Previous experience in a similar role delivering presentations, providing quality administrative and customer service support would be desirable and would make you a valuable contribution to our small, friendly and dedicated team.
