Shape the Future of AI in HMRC
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join HMRC's NewCo through Agentic AI programme, a pioneering initiative exploring how Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems can transform the way HMRC operates and delivers services. The programme is being delivered in partnership with Accenture and Gartner, bringing together leading expertise in AI, transformation and delivery.
What You'll Do
You will provide essential project and governance support to ensure successful programme delivery, including:
- Organising and coordinating project boards, working groups and stakeholder meetings.
- Managing action, decision, risk and dependency logs.
- Monitoring progress against milestones, deliverables and timelines.
- Producing high-quality status reports, dashboards and management information.
- Supporting collaboration between HMRC, Accenture, Gartner and wider stakeholders.
- Maintaining programme documentation, governance artefacts and reporting packs.

What We're Looking For
We're Looking For Someone With
- Experience supporting projects, programmes or PMO functions.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience producing reports, tracking actions and maintaining project plans.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
