Background
City St George's Digital Innovation and Transformation Office (DiTO) accelerates digital change across education and research. This full time fixed term role or secondment provides project, service and administrative support across an allocated part of DiTO's portfolio. It will support coordination, shared enquiries, digital platforms and pilots, workshops, financial administration, reporting and evaluation. Priorities will vary as the portfolio evolves. The role reports to the Digital Transformation Project Manager (Education and Student Experience) and ends on 31 July 2027.

Responsibilities
- Manage shared mailboxes and routine enquiries
- Maintain project plans, risk, issue, action and decision records
- Support committees and working groups
- Coordinate workshops, events and capability activities across Schools
- Provide first line support for digital platforms and pilots
- Administer budget trackers, procurement, purchase orders, invoices and expenses
- Prepare reports and minutes
- Maintain support content
- Collect feedback and evaluation information
- Escalate specialist, technical or financial issues to the appropriate lead
Person Specification
- A levels or equivalent workplace experience, together with administrative, project or service support experience
- Organised, accurate and able to manage concurrent deadlines, shared enquiries, workshops and records
- Communicate confidently, use Microsoft 365 or equivalent collaboration tools, and provide routine user support
- Experience of financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, expenses or budget tracking, is required
- A project management qualification or experience supporting digital platforms and pilots is desirable
