Can you help turn fast-moving ideas into clear, practical ways of working?

Are you organised, detail-focused and confident working with people across a range of teams?

Looking for your next temporary role where you can make a real difference? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who enjoys gathering information, keeping things organised and turning conversations into clear, easy-to-follow documents. You'll be comfortable asking questions, following up on missing information and making sure important details are captured accurately.

You'll work with colleagues across the organisation to document processes and create straightforward guidance that helps people understand what they need to do. Using Microsoft Visio, or a willingness to learn, you'll help produce simple process maps that support the project team.

We're interested in people who are proactive, organised and eager to learn. You may have experience in an administrative, project support, coordinator or operational support role where you've worked with information, maintained records or helped improve the way work is organised and documented.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This temporary role provides essential support to our Incident Response project.

Working alongside the project team and colleagues across the organisation, you'll help gather, organise and document the information needed to support the project's day-to-day operation. You'll arrange information into clear processes, create and maintain process maps, and produce supporting guidance documents for colleagues.
