About the Role

If you are highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a Project Support colleague to join our team in Sheffield, playing a central role in ensuring our project delivery runs efficiently and on time.

Reporting to the Client Project Director, you will work alongside Client Project Managers to maintain project documentation, coordinate communications, manage logistics, and track progress across a range of live projects. Your work will directly support ASK4’s ability to deliver high-quality connectivity solutions to clients across Europe. We offer hybrid working, so you will split your time between our Sheffield city centre office and home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation including plans, action logs, and risk registers
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, taking and distributing minutes
  • Track project tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely progress
  • Prepare client-facing documentation including meeting packs and status updates
  • Update project dashboards, schedules, and task trackers, producing regular status reports
  • Coordinate internal resources and logistics, including engineer schedules and equipment dispatch
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to confirm access arrangements and engineer visit timings
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting cover for absence and providing language assistance where needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
