Job Description

Project & System Support Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join CPM’s People Services team on a 6 month fixed-term contract and play a key role in the implementation of our new HRIS and wider People technology solutions. £32,000 pro rata. Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week.

Ideal Location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14

Hybrid working 3 days in the office minimum

The Role

You’ll help coordinate system testing, configuration, data readiness, process improvement and project documentation, working closely with People Services, system providers and business stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with systems and data, with an interest in technology, projects and business change.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate testing activity, including test plans, scripts, scenarios and timelines
  • Complete system and end-to-end process testing and accurately record results
  • Maintain defect and issue logs, following actions through to resolution
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and milestones
  • Support system configuration, validation, user profiles and permissions
  • Support data validation and integration testing
  • Create and maintain process guides, SOPs, FAQs and training materials
  • Work with stakeholders and system providers to support successful implementation
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve People processes

We’d really like to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience supporting projects, system implementations or business change
  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Have experience with system testing, UAT or defect management
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Enjoy learning new systems, technology and processes
  • Have strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel
  • Can manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Work collaboratively and are comfortable in a changing environment
