We're looking for a Project & Systems Coordinator to join Logix Instore in Leicester.
This isn't a conventional project coordinator role. We're looking for someone who can help manage the day-to-day operational side of our retail installation projects while also helping us improve the systems and processes behind them.
- Project scheduling and multi-site planning
- Client and project coordination
- Quotations, RAMS and site bookings
- Project reporting and client access
- Stock and installation-kit management
- Digital records, POs and project reconciliation
- Systems/process improvement and automation
- Website, LinkedIn and marketing coordination

You'll work closely with our Directors and have genuine scope to influence how we operate as the business grows. Experience in retail installation or shopfitting would be useful, but we're equally interested in candidates from project coordination, operations or systems backgrounds who can bring strong organisation, commercial awareness and a process-improvement mindset.
