About the Role

As our Project & Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer onboarding experience by taking ownership of every implementation from contract signature through to the customer's first successful live transaction.

This is a customer facing role that combines project management, technical coordination and stakeholder management. You'll act as the single point of contact throughout implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, technical integrations run smoothly, and customers are fully enabled to start transacting.

Working closely with Sales, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success, you'll ensure every customer enjoys a seamless onboarding journey while allowing our commercial teams to focus on winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer implementation lifecycle from signed contract through to first successful live transaction.
  • Act as the dedicated project manager and primary customer contact throughout implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Lead customer onboarding activities including registration, KYC, account opening, and operational readiness.
  • Manage technical API implementation projects, working directly with customer technical teams and internal developers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Sunrate's APIs and products to confidently manage technical discussions and resolve implementation challenges.
  • Coordinate account configuration, user permissions, and platform setup.
  • Manage implementation of wallets, FX, Global Collections, Global Payouts, and Virtual Card products.
  • Oversee customer funding, testing, UAT, and production readiness.
  • Deliver customer implementation training and ensure customers are confident using the platform.
  • Identify project risks early and proactively drive solutions to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Provide regular project status updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth transition into Customer Success following successful go-live.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes, documentation, and customer onboarding experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
