Join our Asset Integrity team as a Project Technician

Support the delivery of innovative offshore inspection solutions to clients around the world. Combining offshore project work with onshore planning and reporting, you'll play a key role in delivering subsea inspection, 3D modelling, and mooring integrity projects.

This role is hybrid onshore / offshore with approximately 100 days offshore per year globally.

This is an exciting role that encompasses exposure to offshore inspection operations, project delivery and emerging inspection technologies, creating excellent opportunities for continued technical and professional progression within the Asset Integrity team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the planning and delivery of offshore inspection projects, including subsea 3D modelling and mooring integrity surveys.
  • Prepare project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, task plans, and technical reports.
  • Select, test, calibrate, and prepare inspection equipment to ensure systems are fully operational for deployment.
  • Travel offshore to operate inspection systems, troubleshoot equipment, and deliver safe, efficient data acquisition.
  • Carry out data QA/QC and produce high-quality reports and 3D models to support client decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by participating in project meetings and providing technical support throughout project delivery.
  • Manage equipment demobilisation, post-project testing, and defect reporting to maintain operational readiness.
  • Support business development activities, equipment demonstrations, and training initiatives while maintaining accurate project records and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
