About the role

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and resilient Intensive Housing Support Worker to join a dynamic multi-agency team. This is a floating support role, working directly with individuals who are experiencing complex needs and face challenges in maintaining their housing, wellbeing, and independence.

As part of a collaborative team that includes professionals from mental health services, substance misuse services, healthcare providers, and other partner agencies, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's unique circumstances. Your role will focus on helping people sustain their tenancy, improve their wellbeing, access specialist services, and work towards achieving their personal goals.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships with service users, advocate on their behalf, coordinate support plans, and work closely with partner organisations to deliver effective, holistic support. This role requires someone who is adaptable, organised, and committed to empowering people to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about housing support, values partnership working, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
