Project/Delivery Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project/Delivery Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced international product environment. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, Team Leads, and stakeholders to turn business goals into clear plans and successful execution. Your responsibilities will span planning, prioritization, capacity, dependencies, risks, and day-to-day delivery coordination. Beyond keeping projects on track, you’ll help improve and evolve delivery practices based on real team and business needs. You’ll operate in a collaborative environment where priorities can shift and proactive problem-solving is highly valued. The role is particularly well suited to an experienced delivery professional who enjoys creating clarity, removing blockers, and driving initiatives through to completion.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring initiatives progress effectively from planning through completion.
- Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Track dependencies, blockers, risks, scope, and team capacity, proactively identifying and resolving potential delivery issues.
- Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to establish clear priorities, ownership, timelines, and expectations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, helping align priorities and resolve delivery-related challenges.
- Monitor progress and maintain visibility across initiatives, ensuring stakeholders have a clear understanding of status and potential risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows, processes, and ways of working based on team feedback and business context.
- Drive practical improvements to delivery processes and help the wider team adopt more effective working practices.
- Take ownership of delivery outcomes and ensure initiatives remain aligned with their underlying business goals.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience working as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role within a product-oriented environment.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple teams or managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where priorities change and projects involve multiple dependencies.
- Strong understanding of planning, prioritization, scope, capacity, risk, and dependency management.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or comparable platforms.
- Ability to provide concrete examples of delivery or process improvements you personally initiated and clearly explain their impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different teams, personalities, and levels of seniority.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to proactively drive initiatives to completion.
- High level of ownership, proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand broader business objectives and connect delivery decisions with business context.

- Experience working with development, data, analytics, or other technical teams.
- Background in iGaming, gaming, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or another digital product environment.
- Experience establishing, optimizing, or automating delivery processes and workflows.
- Understanding of delivery and Agile metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, Burn-down, and Burn-up.
