Role Information

Reference: REQ001536

Location: Filton Campus, with travel required to other sites

FTE Salary: Up to £25,572.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Support the development of funding bids, tenders and new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with employers, partners and key stakeholders across the region.
  • Assist with apprenticeship recruitment and employer engagement activities.
  • Help deliver impactful projects that support learners, communities and businesses.
  • Maintain project data, CRM records and performance reporting.
  • Organise meetings, events and communications that keep projects and partnerships running smoothly.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with different deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience in an administrative, project support or business support role, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
