Join a growing business where you'll help coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to gain hands-on experience in project and contract management, with full training and clear progression opportunities.

Previous experience in refrigeration, air conditioning or construction is not essential. We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the desire to develop a long-term career.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside our Projects and Contracts Managers, you'll coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from initial quotation through to completion. No two days are the same.

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of installation projects
  • Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Obtaining quotations and assisting with project cost tracking
  • Ordering materials and equipment
  • Preparing project documentation, including health and safety records
  • Maintaining client and project records
  • Assisting with invoicing and contract administration
  • Supporting the production of operation and maintenance manuals
  • Visiting customer sites to support project delivery and reporting

You'll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly, ensuring information is accurate, documentation is complete, and deadlines are met.

What we're looking for

We're less concerned about previous refrigeration or air conditioning experience and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude and organisational skills.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • The confidence to communicate with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done
  • A full, valid driving licence for driving in the UK is required.

Experience in project administration, project coordination, construction administration, scheduling or planning would be beneficial but isn't essential.
