Are you a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for delivering improvement and supporting operational excellence?

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join the Chief Operating Officer's Office (COO). This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Divisional Leadership Teams, supporting the delivery of key strategic and operational priorities across the Trust.

In this role, you will lead and support a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes delegated by the Chief Operating Officer. The portfolio will be varied and responsive to the Trust's operational priorities, providing an opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of initiatives and make a tangible impact on patient services.

  • COO-Delegated Project Portfolio
  • Project Planning and Delivery
  • Executive Governance and Assurance
  • Support to Divisions
  • Analysis and Decision Support
  • Risk, Issues and Interdependencies
  • Finance, Resources and Benefits
  • Leadership and Project Capability
  • Relationships and Representation

Working collaboratively with clinical, operational and corporate teams, you will provide expert project management support to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, on time and with measurable benefits. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects and service improvements. Experience within an NHS or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
