Join Eaton and be a part of our commitment to providing impactful, energy-efficient solutions that shape a sustainable future. At Eaton, we make what matters work, and we're dedicated to fostering a workplace where ethics, inclusion, diversity, and our people are at the forefront.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive pricing discipline for project business across ES EMEA by ensuring every deal is priced with full cost, risk, and margin transparency before quote release.
  • Act as the authority on deal pricing frameworks and guardrails, enabling profitable growth while remaining fully distinct from Flow Pricing ownership and Commercial Finance deal desk responsibilities.
  • Own the Project Pricing framework and guardrails:
    • Define and enforce the pricing structure for project deals (cost build-up, margin architecture, risk pricing), ensuring full commercial integrity prior to tender submission.
  • Drive deal profitability through structured pricing discipline:
    • Ensure all project quotes reflect complete cost capture (products, services, PM), explicit risk pricing (LDs, terms), and aligned margin expectations.
  • Implement and enforce pricing gates for deal release:
    • Establish and operate mandatory pre-quote controls that block deal progression when cost, risk, or approval inputs are incomplete or non-compliant.
  • Clarify and anchor pricing decision ownership:
    • Define and enforce clear decision rights between Tendering, Sales, Project teams, and Commercial Finance, ensuring pricing accountability without duplicating deal desk financial validation.
  • Lead continuous improvement of project pricing practices:
    • Drive lessons learned, standardization, and adoption of best-in-class pricing approaches across project businesses, ensuring scalability and consistency without overlapping with CoE processes/tools ownership.
  • Extract and structure deal-level customer and competitive insights to continuously refine pricing guardrails.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
