Role Description
We’re looking for a Projects & Small Works Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out small work installations, system upgrades, modifications, commissioning, fault finding, and remedial works on fire alarm and life safety systems. Working closely with project managers, service teams & customers, you'll ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant British Standards and fire safety regulations.

Location
Candidates should ideally be based along the M4 corridor.

Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of BS 5839 and industry standards
- Experience with installation, commissioning and fault finding
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management ability
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of health & safety requirements and safe working practices
- Good IT skills and experience completing technical documentation
- FIA qualifications or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
