Project / Senior Architect – Industrial & Logistics Sector

London | Hybrid Working

My client is expanding their Industrial & Logistics team and therefore are actively looking for an ambitious Project Architect or Senior Architect to help drive the next phase of their growth within this specialist sector.

This is a real opportunity to take ownership of high-profile industrial and logistics developments, leading projects from feasibility and planning through technical design, construction, and completion. For candidates demonstrating broader leadership and commercial capability, an Associate-level appointment may be considered.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading industrial and logistics projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Managing and mentoring project teams.
  • Delivering and coordinating high-quality Stage 4 technical design information.
  • Guiding projects through construction and handover.
  • Taking a hands-on role in Revit-led project delivery and coordination.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
