What You'll Do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your shift, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence.
- Take orders from Chef de Partie’s and give tasks to Commis Chefs and check they are carried out in the correct manner.
- Sample, smell, and observe food, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
