Promo and Merchandising Supervisor
The Promo and Merchandising Supervisor is responsible in overseeing the execution of in-store promotions and merchandising activities to ensure effective brand visibility, product availability, and sales performance. The role involves supervising a team of merchandisers and promoters, coordinating with clients or sales teams, and ensuring that all trade marketing initiatives are implemented according to company standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the performance of merchandisers and product promoters across assigned areas or stores
- Ensure proper product display, inventory levels, and compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Plan and implement promotional activities and product launches in coordination with the marketing and sales teams
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess execution quality and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and promotional effectiveness
- Coordinate with store management, clients, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications

- At least College level or College graduate
- With 1-2 years of experience in handling Merchandisers
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Can handle scheduling, reporting, documentation, and field coordination
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
