The Promoter
The Promoter is responsible for actively promoting and selling assigned products through direct customer engagement, in-store demonstrations, and promotional activities. The role focuses on increasing product awareness, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience while following company and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to customers
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
- Achieve daily or monthly sales and promotional targets
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and availability in assigned areas
- Collect customer feedback and report market or competitor observations
- Submit daily sales and activity reports

Qualifications

- At least High School graduate
- At least 6 months experience in Sales or Promotion
- Good communication skills
- Provide reports on sales, in-store execution, and market intelligence
