Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Promoters. If you are passionate about customer service, sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy meeting new people, we want to hear from you!
This role is covering all areas of the East Midlands: Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Leicestershire.
In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, driving sales, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the field, engaging with potential customers and community members to promote our products within Double Glazing. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and expanding our reach within the community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering results.
Duties
- Initiate and engage conversations with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Educate individuals about our products and services, and answer any questions they may have.
- Collect contact information and other relevant data to create a lead database.
- Distribute promotional materials and provide information on special offers or upcoming events.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage your time effectively to ensure all client visits and follow-ups are conducted efficiently.

Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a keen interest in the Double Glazing industry.
- Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between client locations.
