Job Description

Join Phono Sounds Limited as a hybrid marketer and event coordinator for London’s electronic music scene. You will lead full-funnel digital campaigns across paid media while managing on-the-ground event logistics. This role balances technical performance marketing with real-world club promotion, driving ticket sales and subscriber loyalty for iconic dance events.

What You Will Do

  • Execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive ticket sales from lineup announcement through to the event.
  • Scale the fanclub subscriber base through automated email and SMS journeys, using CRM tools to build long-term audience engagement and loyalty.
  • Coordinate on-site event logistics, including vendor management, guest services, and social media coverage during London club nights and artist activations.

The ideal candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, specifically within the music, live events, or culture-forward brand sectors.
