This is a vital role for the business that will see the successful applicant leading a flagship team and overseeing a major business unit. You'll be responsible for leading a team to deliver multi-regional gifting, Promotional Merchandise, and premiums campaigns and to be considered you will need global experience delivering high value, POS, Merchandise, or gifting campaigns (FMCG experience will be highly advantageous). Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a large multi-regional team of approximately 50 people - 2 direct regional leads will report in and assist
  • Own the delivery of large budget Premiums, Merch, and Gifting campaigns across multiple regions. Managing teams as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with major suppliers
  • Establish and build a strong client relationship.
  • Lead product development and sourcing efforts.
