Promotional Planning Lead – Shopper Excellence Manager
The Promotional Planning Lead – Shopper Excellence Manager role drives the commercial organization to excel in shopper fundamentals. It is focused on promotional orchestration, perfect store execution, and digital shelf excellence.
You are responsible for:
- Translates the right and relevant strategy, aligning with the Commercial & Marketing leadership team to drive category growth.
- Enables the organization with tooling and analytics to help identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals.
- Maintains strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customers’ needs/requirements, consumer, and shopper behaviors as well as category strategies to achieve retail execution excellence with win-win mindset.
- Closely collaborates with sales channel leaders, Consumer Marketing Managers, Shopper activation managers, CatMan experts and Management Information & Analytics for continuous improvement on fundamentals.
- Driving value creation and extraction through better shopper experience with our retail partners.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Degree on marketing / business administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in Shopping Marketing, RGM or Sales.
- Shopper and customer first mindset.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
