Tenant Bridge is a growing real estate platform focused on connecting property opportunities with qualified buyers and investors across key markets, with an initial focus on the United Kingdom and Texas, USA.
We work with property owners, investors, buyers, and real estate professionals to identify genuine opportunities and facilitate mutually beneficial transactions.
About the Role
We are looking for Property Acquisition Associates to help Tenant Bridge identify property opportunities and connect with owners who may be interested in selling.
This is a remote, flexible, contract opportunity focused primarily on property research, sourcing, owner outreach, and lead qualification.
The objective is simple:
- Identify a potential property opportunity
- Connect with the owner
- Establish genuine interest in selling
- Qualify the opportunity
- Submit it to Tenant Bridge
Location
Applicants must currently be based in the United Kingdom or United States.
Our target markets are:
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- 🇺🇸 Texas, USA
Candidates physically based in Texas are particularly encouraged to apply.
We prioritize candidates who are physically located within these markets because local market familiarity and the ability to communicate directly with property owners can be valuable in this role.
Responsibilities
- Research residential and commercial property opportunities in the UK and Texas
- Identify property owners who may be open to selling
- Research publicly available property and ownership information
- Contact and communicate professionally with potential property owners
- Establish whether an owner has a genuine interest in selling
- Gather relevant information about the property and opportunity
- Qualify opportunities according to Tenant Bridge's requirements
- Maintain accurate records of research, leads, and conversations
- Follow up with interested property owners where appropriate
- Submit qualified opportunities to the Tenant Bridge team
- Maintain communication with prospects where appropriate as an opportunity progresses

Previous real estate experience is beneficial but not required.

Requirements
- Strong research and internet-search skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Confidence communicating with property owners
- Ability to identify and qualify potential opportunities
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet access and a computer
- Professional and respectful approach to outreach
- Access to a reliable local phone number is strongly preferred
- Willingness to learn and improve your sourcing approach

Compensation
Performance-Based — Unlimited Earning Potential
No fixed salary or hourly rate. Associates earn a pre-agreed success fee for qualified opportunities they originate that result in a completed transaction.
There is no cap on earning potential — your results determine your earnings.
Full compensation, qualification, attribution, and payment terms will be agreed in the contract before work begins.
Work Arrangement
Remote | Flexible | Contract
You manage your own working schedule and sourcing approach while meeting Tenant Bridge's standards for lead quality, communication, professionalism, and record keeping.
Important
This role focuses on property research, sourcing, initial outreach, lead qualification, and relationship development.
Associates are not expected to provide legal, financial, or regulated real estate advice, or perform activities requiring a professional license, unless appropriately qualified and authorized to do so.
