We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join Foxtons' successful Auctions team as a Property Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to combine the fast-paced world of cold calling and generating business with the exciting property auctions market, helping homeowners, investors, and buyers navigate one of the most dynamic areas of the London property industry.
No property experience is required. If you're competitive, resilient, and motivated by success, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you build a rewarding sales career.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Property Consultant within our Auctions team, you'll play a key role in generating new opportunities and building relationships with both vendors and investors.
You will:
- Speak with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Generate new business opportunities across the UK property market.
- Source auction stock across London and the UK using our CRM data and lead-generation tools.
- Build relationships to secure auction instructions.
- Arrange meetings and opportunities for the Auctions team to win larger contracts.
- Develop relationships with receiverships, cash buyers, repossession firms, councils, banks, and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of vendors, investors, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate confidently and convert opportunities into business.
- Work closely with the Auctions Director and the wider Auctions team to grow the division.

About You
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people over the phone
- Naturally competitive and target-driven
- Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing others
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in sales
- Eager to learn and develop within a high-performance environment
Previous property experience is not required. Proven experience in a sales, customer-facing, competitive, or target-driven environment is highly desirable.
Working hours: 8:45am-6pm (Monday-Friday) You will be working full time in our Chiswick office (W4 2DW)
You must be living no further than 45 minutes public transport commute from the office.
