Do you want to work for a fast-growing, expanding business, opening new bakeries in highstreets, shopping outlets and tourist hotspots across the country?

Are you excited by finding unique and interesting locations, working with agents and landlords, securing great deals on long term property leases?

Can you bring proven experience of acquiring new properties in retail, leisure or hospitality, along with managing lease events, rent and rates reviews?

If so, we want to hear from you!

This role will work across the UK proactively seeking new locations and properties to open our next Cornish Bakery. Here at the Cornish Bakery, we want to redefine what a bakery is, does and can be. At our heart we are for and about people, and a part of the local community. Our purpose is to nourish people. We are highly selective in the new locations we open and design each new bakery unique to its location.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
