Help Grow a Luxury Short-Stay Property Network

MadeStays is a property-technology company and luxury short-stay platform trusted by more than 3,000 guests.

We help owners and operators position qualifying homes for the global luxury short-stay market, combining property presentation, distribution, booking technology and hospitality expertise.

MadeStays is building a network of independent Acquisition Partners across selected Cotswolds and the English Countryside locations as part of its planned territorial expansion.

Our current focus is specifically:

  • Cirencester
  • Burford
  • Stow-on-the-Wold
  • Bourton-on-the-Water
  • Chipping Campden
  • Broadway

We're looking for commercially driven people with genuine knowledge of the local property market and access to owners and property professionals.

This is a flexible, self-employed and commission-only opportunity. There is no salary, guaranteed income, fixed schedule or guaranteed workload.

Why Join MadeStays?

  • Earn commission for successful qualifying properties.
  • Work flexibly around your existing career, business or commitments.
  • Use your local knowledge and relationships to identify exceptional properties.
  • Source opportunities independently while working with MadeStays' property acquisition infrastructure.
  • Use a dedicated platform to record activity and manage your pipeline.
  • Receive structured onboarding, approved sales materials and support from MadeStays.
  • Play a part in MadeStays' planned expansion into a major UK leisure destination.

What You Will Do

As an Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Identify high-quality cottages, country houses and premium group accommodation.
  • Build relationships with second-home owners, holiday-home owners and local property professionals.
  • Develop relationships with estate agents and country-house managers.
  • Research and approach potential property partners.
  • Establish genuine access to owners and decision-makers rather than simply submitting portal listings.
  • Introduce the MadeStays proposition clearly and professionally.
  • Understand each prospect's property, objectives and existing operating arrangements.
  • Submit qualifying opportunities through the MadeStays platform.
  • Progress genuine opportunities towards an owner consultation and potential agreement.
  • Maintain accurate updates and dated next actions.
  • Work with MadeStays as opportunities progress through assessment and internal review.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Acquisition Partners cannot approve properties, select the final service model, change commercial terms, guarantee financial performance or enter into agreements on behalf of MadeStays.

Build With Your Local Network

We're particularly interested in people who understand the premium Cotswolds and the English Countryside property and leisure accommodation market.

That could mean relationships with:

  • Second-home and holiday-home owners
  • Estate agents
  • Country-house managers
  • Property managers
  • Holiday accommodation businesses
  • Local property professionals

We're looking for genuine routes to property owners and decision-makers, not people who simply submit publicly available portal links.

What You Will Be Introducing

MadeStays helps owners and operators improve how qualifying homes are positioned, presented, distributed and booked.

The Cotswolds and the English Countryside programme forms part of our planned territorial expansion, and we're using this initial phase to develop relationships with suitable property owners and understand the strongest opportunities within the approved locations.

MadeStays does not claim to operate throughout the entire Cotswolds and the English Countryside, and every opportunity remains subject to individual assessment and service availability.

Commission

This is a commission-only opportunity.

Commission is determined by the service model, exclusivity and property category:

  • £500 for an approved Marketing & Booking operator.
  • £1,000 for an exceptional Marketing & Booking operator, subject to written approval.
  • £1,000 for an approved Fully Managed property.
  • £2,000 for an exceptional Fully Managed property, subject to written approval.
  • Bespoke written commission for Fully Managed multi-property portfolios.

MadeStays determines the final service model, property classification and applicable commission.

Commission is earned and paid according to the current Acquisition Partner Agreement.

Who We Are Looking For

You must have:

  • At least one year of sales experience.
  • Demonstrable local knowledge and/or relationships with owners or property professionals.
  • Confidence approaching property owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Good organisation and consistent follow-up habits.
  • The ability to travel within the defined territory where required.

Familiarity with premium leisure accommodation, second homes, holiday homes, country houses or the local property market would be particularly beneficial.

Experience in estate agency, lettings, holiday accommodation, property sourcing, hospitality, business development or another commission-led environment is also relevant.

How to Apply

Apply to become a MadeStays Acquisition Partner.

Eligible applicants will receive further information about the Acquisition Partner programme, onboarding requirements and instructions for getting started.

This opportunity relates only to the selected locations listed above and forms part of MadeStays' planned territorial expansion. Property acceptance and service availability remain subject to MadeStays' approval.
