Property Acquisitions Executive
West Hampstead, London | Basic Salary, Expenses + Profit Share
Collins Property Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with an ambitious and entrepreneurial property investment business that is looking to appoint a confident, commercially minded Property Acquisitions Executive to help expand its portfolio across Greater London.
You'll be responsible for sourcing and securing off-market and below-market-value (BMV) all types of property, predominantly both residential and commercial property opportunities, building strong relationships with estate agents, landlords, solicitors, property professionals and vendors, and converting opportunities into completed acquisitions.
The business specialises in acquiring tired, run-down, probate and problem properties, unlocking value by way of selling immediately, planning gain, or renovation before selling and alternatively retaining them as investments.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, work directly alongside the founders, and play a key role in building a growing business. If you're commercially driven, enjoy building relationships, negotiating deals and being rewarded for your success, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
