Verified Property Buyers purchases residential properties directly from homeowners across England and Wales.
We provide homeowners with a straightforward alternative to selling through an estate agent, with no chains, no seller fees and the ability to complete in as little as seven days.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a confident and commercially minded Property Acquisitions Executive to join our London team.
The role
You will manage enquiries from homeowners considering selling their properties directly to us. You will take time to understand their circumstances, assess whether the property meets our purchasing criteria and guide suitable opportunities through the acquisition process.

This is a consultative sales role requiring strong communication, consistent follow-up and the ability to negotiate sensitively and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners who have enquired about selling their property
- Understand each seller’s circumstances and preferred completion timescale
- Gather accurate information about properties and their condition
- Research local property markets and comparable sales
- Explain our cash-purchase service clearly and professionally
- Present indicative offers and handle questions or objections
- Negotiate terms with homeowners
- Maintain regular contact with prospective sellers
- Progress agreed purchases alongside solicitors and other parties
- Keep complete and accurate records within the company CRM
- Work towards individual and company acquisition targets
- Maintain a professional customer experience throughout the process
About you
- Previous experience in property, estate agency, acquisitions, telesales or consultative sales
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware and comfortable discussing property values
- Organised and disciplined when managing leads and follow-ups
- Able to work independently and as part of a growing team
- Motivated by targets and performance-based earnings
- Comfortable using a CRM and other digital systems

Direct experience buying residential property is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
