Property Acquisitions & Portfolio Manager
Company Description
Apollo Galleries & Auction House is an internationally recognised London-based business specialising in ancient art, antiquities, and numismatics. Founded in 2010 by Dr Ivan Bonchev, Apollo serves an international client base of private collectors, investors, and institutions.
Through its wider privately owned investment group, the business is now expanding into UK residential property investment. Alongside our established art business, we are building a long-term property portfolio and are seeking an experienced professional to lead this growing division.
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalised investment business during a significant period of expansion, working directly with the principal investor and helping shape the future of the group’s property operations.
Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Property Acquisitions & Portfolio Manager to source, evaluate, and manage residential investment opportunities across the UK.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing our property portfolio by identifying attractive investment opportunities, managing acquisitions from initial sourcing through to completion, and overseeing the ongoing performance of the portfolio.
The group has substantial capital available for carefully selected residential acquisitions, with further investment planned as the portfolio grows.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, combining office-based work, remote responsibilities, property viewings, and meetings.
This is not a traditional lettings or estate-agency position. We are looking for someone who understands property as an investment business and enjoys identifying opportunities, analysing returns, solving problems, and building long-term value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
