The Property Specialist provides administrative, operational and reporting support to the Strategic Partnerships & Growth property pipeline. The role maintains property opportunities, stakeholder and site information, landlord documentation, feasibility and survey requests, meeting actions and project status to support timely progression of opportunities through activation and billing.

  • Maintain and update the property opportunity pipeline and lifecycle status.
  • Track engagements, leads, landlord consents, feasibility requests, business cases and agreement status.
  • Maintain accurate stakeholder, site and contact information.

Documentation & Governance

  • Track landlord consents, survey authorizations and legal documentation.
  • Maintain document repositories, records and supporting packs.
  • Ensure required information is complete and available for handovers and governance reviews.

Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Schedule property and internal coordination meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, capture minutes and maintain action trackers.
  • Follow up owners and due dates to support timely closure of actions.

Feasibility & Survey Support

  • Collate site, GPS, contact and supporting property information for feasibility and survey activities.
  • Circulate consent and survey documentation to relevant teams.
  • Follow up Legal, Planning, Projects and Sales on dependencies and handovers.

Reporting & Status Visibility

  • Prepare weekly pipeline and management status reports.
  • Highlight blockers, missing information, overdue actions and delayed handovers.
  • Maintain clear status visibility across active property opportunities.

Requirements

What makes YOU our ideal candidate:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Relevant diploma or qualification in Business Administration, Property, Project Coordination, Telecommunications or a related field is advantageous.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administration, project coordination, property coordination or telecommunications support.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, documentation and status reporting is advantageous.
