Job Description

As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property portfolio. Supporting the relevant Senior/Lead Manager and their wider team, this role helps ensure projects, governance, and approvals are delivered on time and in line with business processes. Based within a collaborative property function, you’ll be key to keeping systems, databases, and team activity organised and up to date.

Qualifications

As a Property Administrator, you will…

  • Provide full administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property function
  • Administer project plans and manage workload within the function to ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders to support delivery of projects and workstreams
  • Ensure functional processes, approvals, and governance requirements are followed accurately and on time
  • Organise, attend, and support meetings and events, including preparing agendas, paperwork, and taking minutes
  • Ensure managers and professional teams issue required documentation within agreed deadlines
  • Raise and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets
  • Maintain and update relevant databases, systems, CRM tools, and applications
  • Update departmental trackers and provide accurate reporting as required
  • Support statutory and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider Property and Estates teams

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven administrative experience with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence to challenge timelines where deadlines may be at risk
  • Strong IT literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
