Join Our Team as a Property Administrator

Are you passionate about real estate and eager to dive into the world of commercial property? We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Property Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for somebody with administration experience where no two days are the same. We are looking for a team player who can work under pressure in our highly supportive environment.

This position is office based in Reading at the Blade.

Position Overview

As a Property Administrator you will work closely with our experienced Property Managers to support various aspects of property operations. This hands-on role will involve dealing with property management processes, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting property managers with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate preparation of annual service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Be a point of contact for occupier queries
  • Responding to tenant enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Procuring maintenance tasks and following projects through from start to finish
  • Assisting with building insurance
  • Collating data for sustainability monitoring
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements

Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and the ability to become proficient in our property systems (Yardi)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have autonomy in this role and will be making your own decisions
  • This is a key role within the team, so reliability and flexibility are critical
