For over 50 years, The Body Shop has challenged convention - proving that business can be a force for good. As we continue to evolve our UK retail estate, we're looking for a Property Administration Assistant to join our Property team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property, facilities, retail operations or project coordination, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse retail portfolio.
Working closely with our Property team, you'll help coordinate day-to-day property, maintenance, finance and project activity across The Body Shop's UK stores. You'll work with colleagues across the business as well as contractors, suppliers, landlords and property agents, helping to keep projects moving and stores operating smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in administration, property, facilities, retail operations or project support would be beneficial, but just as important is a positive attitude and the ability to build great relationships.
