An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Property Administrator based in Elephant & Castle. The salary package on offer £27,000 per annum.

The role;

  • Sending professional letters and emails to Landlords and Tenants at the beginning and end of the renewal process
  • Helping the team with specific sets of developments and handling both Tenant and Landlord enquiries relating to the serving of notices to bring a tenancy to a close
  • Producing a weekly report on office activity to the team leader
  • Correct preparation of legal documents including; tenancy agreements, renewal agreements, Deeds of Surrender and Possession Notices
  • Dealing with change of sharers and Visa Checks

What we are looking for;

  • A strong administration ethic
  • Good communication skills - both written and oral
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Ability to negotiate with Landlords and Tenants
  • Ability to work to timescales and under pressure
  • A knowledge of AST’s, Corporate Tenancies, and a basic grasp of Tenancy Law is a plus
