We are looking for an organised, professional, and proactive Property Administrator to join our busy property team. We are a well-established independent property consultancy specialising in residential and commercial sales, lettings, auctions, surveying, and investment services throughout Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Preparing property particulars and letters.
- Uploading and maintaining property listings across online portals and the Company website.
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and colleagues across the business.
- Assisting with compliance procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the Company's CRM system.

The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration or secretarial experience (essential).
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, friendly, and confident telephone manner.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a busy team environment.

What We Offer:
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE.
- Parking space or permit parking provided.
- A friendly, supportive working environment.
