Onboarding Administrator
We are working with an established Property Management company that is looking for an organised and detail-focused Onboarding Administrator to join their growing team. This role will be fully office based.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property administration, service charges or residential block management who enjoys working with data, systems and processes and wants to play an important role in bringing new developments and properties into the business.
The Role
As an Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring new properties are accurately and efficiently set up within the business and Qube property management system.
You will work closely with Property Managers, Accounts and internal teams to ensure all property, leaseholder and financial information is captured correctly and the onboarding process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up new properties and developments on Qube
- Inputting and maintaining accurate property and leaseholder information
- Uploading and maintaining relevant property documentation
- Setting up units, apartments, leaseholders and associated property information
- Ensuring service charge and financial information is correctly recorded
- Reviewing data received from clients and managing agents to identify any discrepancies
- Importing and checking historical property and financial information
- Liaising with Property Managers and Accounts teams throughout the onboarding process
- Ensuring all information is accurate and ready for ongoing property management
- Assisting with the transfer of property portfolios and new management instructions
- Maintaining clear onboarding records and checklists
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies or missing information
- Supporting continuous improvements to the onboarding process

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Ideally familiar with Qube or another property management system
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with large amounts of data
- Comfortable using Excel and property management systems
- Able to manage multiple onboarding projects and deadlines
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams
