PRS Living provides tailored property management solutions that help landlords reducing the complexity of managing multiple residential properties. Operating nationwide, the company focuses on efficient, professional management of rental portfolios of varying sizes. PRS Living emphasizes reliable service, clear communication, and effective oversight to protect clients investments.
As a start-up business as of September 2025, this is the first hire into the business as it continues to grow.
Role Description
The Property Administrator is available as either a part-time or full-time role, on-site based in Exeter. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day property management activities, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and coordinating routine communications with landlords, residents, and contractors. The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling inspections or maintenance, updating tenancy and financial information in internal systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Property Administrator will contribute to smooth operational workflows across the managed portfolio.

Qualifications
- Candidates should have strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with landlords, residents, and service providers via telephone and written correspondence.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing documents, schedules, and property records.
- Proficiency with office software and property management systems or databases.
- Ability to work on-site in Exeter and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Experience in residential property administration or a related field is desirable.
- Relevant vocational training or education in property, business administration, or a similar discipline is an advantage.

Salary
Salary for this role will range between £26,000-30,000 subject to experience. Employees will benefit from having 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. No weekend working.
